Had gallbladder removal surgery and several scalp cysts removed by Mr AlKhaffaf. Was pleasantly surprised to have been offered to have both procedures done together and a surgery date within 3 weeks. Mr AlKhaffaf offers the level of care one can only hope for. His competency, communication skills and dedication inspire trust and confidence. Empathetic, professional and best of all makes himself directly responsible for your care. Very thoughtfully avoided the need to shave hair around the cyst site and did an amazing job. Spent extra time to get all cysts which was not expected - much appreciated! Great skill and knowledge of Gallbladders. My scars are very small and neat. I would highly recommend him for both procedures. Feel very lucky to have come across this surgeon. Cannot thank him enough for his help time and care!

Very professional described procedure in detail helpful and answered all my questions.post surgery care was excellent and my nurse was very caring and professional. On discharge no information given by the ward about do's and don't or follow up appointment given.

Having been referred as an NHS patient to the BMI Alexandra Hospital for a hernia repair I was seen for an initial consultation by Mr Bilal Alkhaffaf. I received an examination and a very thorough explanation of the whole procedure including the expected recovery, I was given the opportunity to ask as many questions as I wished. I found Mr Bilal Alkhaffaf's bedside manner to be exceptional, he is very clearly understood and has a pleasant and friendly manner and possesses the ability to relay information in an easy to understand format. My surgery was booked in for the following fortnight with a pre-opp appointment the week before. The operation was a complete success, my recovery was exactly as discribed and my whole experience of Mr Bilal Alkhaffaf, the Alexandra and all of its staff was faultless

Mr Alkhaffaf performed a gall bladder removal after I suffered severe pain with gall stones. Both he and his secretary couldn't have been more helpful and obliging especially as I had a wedding looming 3 weeks away. Needless to say, the operation was successful and the wedding attended! I can honestly say Mr Alkhaffaf's explanation of what was involved, beforecare and aftercare, was superb and I felt totally confident I had chosen the right consultant. Thank you.
